The location is perfect for Disneyland, with a shuttle right outside. Room cleanliness was subpar; our feet turned black on the carpet. Breakfast had a solid variety, but the area felt cramped. Friendly staff made check-in easy.

The location is a major plus, just a mile from Disneyland with shuttle access. The carpets are in dire need of cleaning, leaving a dirty impression. Family suites have bunk beds which kids loved. Breakfast options were limited and could use improvement.

Breakfast is a highlight-ample options, including a waffle machine. the dining area can feel cramped during peak hours. The staff stands out for their exceptional service. They're accommodating and genuinely helpful. Comfort is an issue; the beds and pillows leave much to be desired. Room access became a hassle when the door malfunctioned, causing unnecessary delays. Despite this, the staff resolved the situation promptly. A solid choice for families visiting nearby attractions, but it could benefit from improved comfort and additional dining space.

The two queen beds were comfortable, providing a restful sleep after long park days. The room was spacious, ideal for families. The AC blasted cold, which felt refreshing. Shower pressure was excellent, making for a relaxing experience. noise from nearby activities impacted our sleep, particularly on the back side of the building. Housekeeping was efficient, coming daily instead of every other day as promised. Breakfast offered basic options, though less variety than last time. The fridge and microwave were convenient. Some minor maintenance issues, like mold, need addressing, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The manager was incredibly rude when I called about my husband's medical supplies that were mistakenly rejected. She had no empathy for our situation, which was so frustrating! Plus, the loud neighbors made sleeping a nightmare. Definitely not a pleasant stay.

The location was great, with an ART stop right outside making it easy to get around. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. Having a laundromat open all hours was very useful during our city trip.

The room we stayed in was run down and not as clean as we would have liked. The lack of an in-room safe made us uneasy about securing our valuables.

The heated pool was lit , perfect for chillin' after hitting up Disneyland. The fitness center was dope for late, night workouts. Microwaves in the room were clutch for late, night munchies. And don't sleep on Knott's Berry Farm , mad fun, yo!

the property is not too far from disneyland, about a mile walk each way. the free complimentary breakfast was great, offering a hot breakfast and lots of space in the room. we stayed in the 2 queen, bunk and 2 bath room, so so much room for the kiddos. the pool and jacuzzi were good, and the room was clean.

Close to Disneyland and convention center, clean property grounds, and spacious room to accommodate our needs. The breakfast options were plentiful and varied, catering to different tastes. convenient walk to popular destinations and easy access to transport to the theme parks.

Charging for parking on top of the room fee was a downside. the disposable cutlery and plates during breakfast generated excessive waste.
